Most of my work starts with a simple question:
What is making this harder than it needs to be?
Sometimes that question is about technology.
Sometimes it is about support, access, work, or the systems people have to move through every day.
I like finding the part that is not working and asking what we could build instead.

We build technology around real human needs, with a growing focus on AI, neurodivergence, accessibility, and the way people interact with the systems around them.
Some of our work becomes products.
Some starts as research.

Capacity-aware AI support for neurodivergent adults
SpectrumThrive grew out of years of thinking about support.
I kept coming back to one question:
What if support could pay attention to the person using it, not just the problem they are trying to solve?
Energy changes.
Focus changes.
The ability to explain what is wrong can change.
Sometimes a person wants to talk something through. Sometimes they need help finding words. Sometimes they just need the next step to feel smaller.
SpectrumThrive is being built with those moments in mind.
It is not meant to replace therapy, coaching, friends, family, or other human support.
It is another kind of support for the spaces in between.

ARVIAA is part of that work.
We are exploring how AI systems might respond better to things like context, capacity, and changing support needs.
Right now, the work is about testing ideas, learning what holds up, and asking better questions.

Before SpectrumThrive, I created Black Autistic & Proud.
It started after my own autism diagnosis, when I was looking for resources and community that spoke more directly to the experience of being Black and autistic.
I wanted to create some of what I had been looking for.
That work also pushed me to think more about support outside traditional systems.
What can help when someone is overwhelmed?
What makes information easier to use?
What helps a person understand what they need?
Those questions still show up in the work I do today.

Not everything I work on is a research project or a new product.
Through Atara Audits, we help small businesses understand how easy or hard they are to find online.
That includes traditional search, AI search, website visibility, and the gaps that may be getting in the way.
The goal is simple:
Find the problem.
Explain it clearly.
Give the business something useful they can do next.
Atara Audits also helps support the product and research work we are building inside Atara.
